1. Services
Business Builder IO (Darlan Posso) provides custom website and web system development services, including lead capture systems, dashboards, CRMs, automations and related solutions. Each project is unique and tailored to the client needs.
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery times are not fixed. The timeline for each project is defined together with the client after the initial planning/programming call, based on the agreed scope and the complexity of the system.
3. Pricing
Pricing varies from system to system. Each client receives a personalized quote according to the features, scope and complexity of their project. Quotes are valid for the period stated at the time they are provided.
4. Domain
Projects may include domain registration and setup with 1 year of free domain when applicable. Renewal after the first year may be subject to additional fees.
5. Maintenance & Changes
After delivery, any updates, changes or new features requested by the client are subject to small maintenance and change fees, charged each time an adjustment or addition is requested.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content and timely feedback necessary for the development and delivery of the project.
